Super professional and quick service, and they truly go the extra mile to deliver the best results. Due to a miscommunication with my building reception, they had to wait around 20 minutes for me to let them in, and I was genuinely impressed by how understanding they were. Very polite, friendly, and excellent communication throughout. I would 100% recommend them. I also want to point out that the one negative review they received is completely unfair. It’s only logical that you should clear any obstacles to ensure they have easy access and can clean properly—they’re not there to move your things around. It’s a service they provide, but we should also do our part to help them achieve the best results. I booked a last minute deep clean for a large house (plus extra services) based on the positive google/trust pilot reviews and am extremely pleased. John’s team were polite, professional and really ensured everything was clean and sanitised. I’m blown away with how thorough the kitchen was cleaned. We just finished an renovation, redoing a whole house from top to bottom. The house was beyond dirty. Top Notch were recommended to me by our architect. And what a fantastic recommendation. 3 super professional and friendly guys showed up and worked none stop for 6+ hours. They did an exceptional job. Every little nook and cranny was done brilliantly. We have lots of drawers, built in wardrobes, shelves and high hanging lighting and beams. Everything was done really well. We also have lots of expensive fittings and we are overly sensitive about them. The team has lots of respect and care for all the items and were thoughtful about how to clean them gently. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Abdul, the main cleaner, was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. His attention to detail is next level & every corner was spotless, and the place genuinely felt brand new afterwards. Abdul clearly takes real pride in his work, and it shows. Exceptional end of tenancy cleaning service I was looking online for end of tenancy cleaning services and I am extremely happy that I booked with Top Notch Cleaners. The team did a great job for my end of tenancy cleaning and the landlord was very happy with the state of the flat. They even got rid of a very painful limescale mark that was already there when we moved in! They were also really flexible in accomodating for changes in the planned date. Only area of improvement would be their informatic system that they seem to have trouble updating and send reminders for wrong dates. But they are easily reachable on the phone and their direct communication was... top-notch! ~ Lucille G

John and the team did a deep clean for my flat, they were amazing and very thorough despite the furniture and the clutter they were so good in making sure all the areas were fully and deeply cleaned including all the kitchen appliances, they had everything they needed, I stayed at home to support but I wasn't needed at all, they had top quality products and all there hard work was reflected in the cleaned property.. I booked in for a deep clean for a place we’re going to move into. As it was recently renovated, the place had builders dust all around and the floors dirty too. They managed to get the entire place spic and sparkling within 2ish hours. They even fit in doing some work in the shared kitchen under short notice. 5 stars!!! Honestly I am speechless how fantastic John & the team was. I bought a large property which had been owned by a family with young kids and to say it was rather dirty is an understatement. Hi I booked Top notch cleaning at the last minute after moving in to a new house to deep clean the kitchen and bathrooms. The three guys who came worked diligently and did a very good job.
