I booked a last minute deep clean for a large house (plus extra services) based on the positive google/trust pilot reviews and am extremely pleased. John’s team were polite, professional and really ensured everything was clean and sanitised. I’m blown away with how thorough the kitchen was cleaned. Our house looks brand new, especially after the deep carpet clean! The team didn’t leave until everything was in pristine condition and took care of areas I hadn’t even thought of. Thank you to John’s team for working around our boxes and furniture. I’ll definitely be re-booking in the future and recommending to my friends and family. Super professional and quick service, and they truly go the extra mile to deliver the best results. Due to a miscommunication with my building reception, they had to wait around 20 minutes for me to let them in, and I was genuinely impressed by how understanding they were. Very polite, friendly, and excellent communication throughout. I would 100% recommend them. I also want to point out that the one negative review they received is completely unfair. It’s only logical that you should clear any obstacles to ensure they have easy access and can clean properly—they’re not there to move your things around. It’s a service they provide, but we should also do our part to help them achieve the best results. We just finished an renovation, redoing a whole house from top to bottom. The house was beyond dirty. Top Notch were recommended to me by our architect. And what a fantastic recommendation. 3 super professional and friendly guys showed up and worked none stop for 6+ hours. They did an exceptional job. Every little nook and cranny was done brilliantly. We have lots of drawers, built in wardrobes, shelves and high hanging lighting and beams. Everything was done really well. We also have lots of expensive fittings and we are overly sensitive about them. The team has lots of respect and care for all the items and were thoughtful about how to clean them gently.
